Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for subscription billing and payment processing.
Cancel within the 7-day free trial to avoid paid renewal.
After the trial ends and a subscription charge is completed, the paid subscription period is generally non-refundable.
If a service outage exceeds 48 hours, a prorated refund may be reviewed.

Processing time is typically 5-10 business days.
